During the fall of 2020 when Chicago Public Schools moved to provide remote learning, LivingWorks offered its students a hybrid of in-person and online tutoring in its after-school program. The students and tutors have valued this opportunity to be with other people safely and learn in person. Here are a few photos from the fall and winter sessions.
Tutors and students all wear masks and are separated by a plastic shield. Tables are separated by more than six feet. The Reading A to Z program is an important part of tutoring.
